Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

I. Withdrawal Before Class Start

Students may withdraw from a class up to 5 business days before the scheduled start date and receive a full tuition fee refund.
All requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted via email, along with a valid reason.

II. Withdrawal After Class Start

Tuition fees are non-refundable for students who withdraw after 5 business days before the scheduled start date.

III. Advance Payment and Enrollment Cancellation

Students who make an advance payment but fail to complete the remaining balance at least five business days before the class start date will have their enrollment canceled automatically.
The advance payment will be refunded within 15 days.
This policy does not apply to those who selected the “Installment payment option.”

IV. Provider-Initiated Course Cancellation

Students will receive a full 100% refund if a course is canceled due to low enrollment.

V. Request Submission
